This superior high-build epoxy primer is formulated to provide the ideal substrate for Leslie's Epoxy Finish. Packaged in an easy to use 3:1 mix ratio, Leslie's Premium Build Epoxy Pool Paint Primer applies easily and builds up to 8 mils dry per coat, rendering "smoothing" qualities on rough surfaces. Topcoated with Leslie's Epoxy Finish provides up to 8 years' service life.
