Reliance 120V Timer Mechanism, M521-3-240 is the 24 hr timer used on Len Gordon and Diehl spa controls. Made by Borg Controls, includes two timer tabs for setting on/off times. DPST timer has 3 terminals on the bottom, and an on/off manual tripper switch.
